Wine Link may amend these Terms at any time without notice to you and your access to this Website may be terminated at any time without notice.Your continued use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms shall be deemed an agreement by you to be bound by these Terms as amended. We recommend you review these Terms for amendments each time you use the Website and before confirming an Order. Whilst we are under no obligation to do so, should we choose to provide you with notice of amended Terms, you agree to receive email notification of the amendments from Wine Link or third party.”
LEGAL CAPACITY
a. You must be eighteen (18) years of age or above to register and apply for a user account under the Website or purchase the Goods from the Website.b. Any Order and/or purchase made by you using this Website is an acknowledgement by you that:• You are over the age of eighteen (18) years• You accept and are bound by these Terms• You agree that you have entered into a legal contract with Wine Link for use of the Website under these Terms• these Terms, together with your Order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wine Link for the supply of the Goods.c. To the extent permitted by law, Wine Link reserves the right to take legal action and seek compensation from the parent or guardian of a minor who causes an Order to be placed,for any loss or damage of any kind Wine Link may suffer as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.
PRICES
Prices are quoted per item in Myanmar Kyats. Quoted prices exclude 5% commercial tax. Latest published prices supersede previous offers.Wine Link reserves the rights to revise its selling prices with notice before the scheduled delivery.
DISCOUNTS & SALE PERIOD
Only one discount code can be applied per order.Discount vouchers from our Rewards Program are not applicable during sale periods where discounts are already automatically applied at check-out.”There are no extensions to our discounts and sale period once the offer has expired, or the sale period has ended. Discounts will also not be applied retroactively to any order placed prior to the start of the special offer or sale period. If required, please ensure that the discount/coupon code is entered at check-out. TERMS OF DELIVERY
“Order of Minimum (150,000 Ks) and above are eligible for free delivery in Yangon Region (Downtown Area only). Delivery will be made to the buyer’s specified address within the 48 hours following the order confirmation. In the absence of the recipient during the delivery, the order is left pending until a new delivery is scheduled. For rescheduled delivery additional charges will apply.”
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
“There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on items sold on special sale or discounted promotion, unless a breakage has occurred during delivery. In case of label damage during delivery, the same item will be exchange with a new one.”
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Cash on delivery or prepayment by bank transfer. All our prices are quoted in Myanmar Kyats. Payment in US dollars are accepted at the exchange rate issued by Wine Link on the purchased date.
ACCOUNT AND INFORMATION
“You are not obliged to register to use Wine link web services. However, access to some features is only available to registered users or paid subscribers. When you register to use the services, you will provide your name, and email address, and will choose a password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password, and you will remain responsible for all activity emanating from your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. If your username or password is lost or stolen, or if you believe that your account has been accessed by unauthorized third parties, you must notify Wine Link via email and should change your password at the earliest possible opportunity.Wine Link reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if activities occur on that account that, at Wine Link’s sole discretion, constitute a violation of these Terms or a violation of the rights of any third party, or of any applicable laws or regulations. Please note that your account is subject to usage limits with respect to the Fair Use Policy.Wine Link may change the features of any type of account, may withdraw, or introduce new features or types of account at any time and for any reason.”
DELETING AN ACCOUNT
Deleting an account is a permanent action and removes all personal information at Wine Link website.Deleting your account will cancel any promotions related with the account.
RIGHT TO REMOVE LISTINGS
“Wine Link reserves the right to remove all or a portion of any collected list to ensure that the data is accurate and correct. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring Wine Link to include all products offered for sale by a merchant. Wine Link may suspend your access to the services and/or terminate this agreement at any time if you are deemed to be in breach of the terms or policies.Wine Link reserves the right, without obligation, to continue to list a merchant’s data and to include links to the merchant’s website.”
GUESTS AND REGISTER USERS
“a. You may access and/or use the Website as a user (a “user account”) of the Website or as a guest. As a user, you will have access to your account in your name to be used exclusively by you to submit your Orders.””b. If you intend to become an account user, you must provide your name and address, telephone number, a valid email address and nominate a password. If you do not provide accurate and complete details, we may not be able to activate your user account or deliver the Goods purchased by you. You agree to keep the details of your user account current at all times by updating such information on your account via the Website or by contacting via phone to our Wine Link Team.”c. You will receive an email from Wine Link as soon as practicable after you have created your user account.d. Each email address may only be used for one user account.e. At all times, you are to use only your user account and shall not use any other user account in the name of any other user.”f. Please keep your password secured as you are responsible for all activities on your user account whether affected by you or any other person, whether with or without your authority. You shall notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or any unauthorized use of your password or user account.””g. Your user account is to facilitate your purchasing Goods using the Website. Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, the ownership of your user account shall at all times belong to Wine Link. Wine Link reserve the right to terminate your user account at Wine Link’s absolute discretion without notice and for any reason whatsoever including, if you have breached or Wine Link suspect you have breached these Terms or Wine Link suspect that your account has been compromised.”
